Here at Cherish These, we put in the effort to get your order into your hands as fast as we can.

Order processing

As a rule, orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before they ship. Processing can occasionally run a little longer during busy periods or when we need to confirm your shipping details.

Should your order contain a personalized or modified item, some extra production time may be needed before it ships.

Estimated delivery times

The majority of orders turn up within 6–10 business days once shipped, depending on the item and where it's headed. A few may reach you sooner, while others could take longer because of carrier delays, customs handling, or heavy seasonal demand.

Do keep in mind that delivery windows are only estimates and can't be guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are worked out at checkout according to what's in your order and the destination it's going to.

Tracking

After your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. Now and then, tracking details can take a few days to refresh once the shipment has been created.

If no tracking information reaches you, please get in touch at cherishtheseshop@gmail.com before opening a chargeback so we can lend a hand.

Multiple-item orders

When you order several items, they may show up in separate parcels. This tends to happen when products ship from different fulfillment partners or are packed individually.

Incorrect email address

If your order confirmation or shipping emails never arrive, please contact us at cherishtheseshop@gmail.com. More often than not, it's down to an email address being mistyped at checkout.

Order Issues & Delivery Support

If anything goes wrong with your order, reach out to us first at cherishtheseshop@gmail.com. We're glad to help.

Depending on the circumstances, we might provide a replacement, store credit, a partial refund, or a full refund.

We can help with issues such as:

  • damaged items
  • defective items
  • incorrect items
  • significant delivery issues
  • other order-related concerns

Please reach out as soon as you can after your order arrives, and include your order number along with any useful photos where relevant.

Important notes

There are some situations we may not be able to cover, including:

  • a wrong shipping address supplied at checkout
  • parcels refused or left uncollected after delivery attempts
  • delays brought on by customs, carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control

If tracking marks a package as delivered but it hasn't reached you, please contact us and we'll go over the situation together and help work out the best next steps.

Before returning an item

Please don't ship anything back before speaking with us first. In many instances, our team can sort out the problem without a return being necessary. If one is required, we'll give you the correct instructions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees aren't part of the item price or the shipping cost and may apply based on your country. Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility.
